Apartment bookings procedure

  1. All reservations to be sent by email to mail@apartmentstay.co.uk.
  2. All reservations must include the following details: – client name
    • Number of passengers (if any children, ages required) – arrival date
    • Departure date
    • Room type(s) required
    • Apartment name
    • Airport transfer required or not (with flight details)
  3. Confirmation of booking can only be given when full payment is received you can also prepay by a credit card (subject to 4% bank charges)
  4. A security or dilapidation deposit will be required for all apartments to cover the cost of any breakage’s.
  5. Booking will only be confirmed on receiving full prepayment. All apartment bookings require full prepayment even if you have credit or bank guarantee.
  6. If duration of stay changes or booking is amended after confirmation, refund subject to apartment being re-let & 10% admin charge
